We are looking for a talented and results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our growing team! This position will report to the Director of Sales Operations and Imports and will be responsible for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. We are looking for a "team player" that is self-motivated, well organized individual who has the ability to also work independently and pay close attention to details.


Essential Functions:

  • Research and analyze market conditions
  • Identify key competitor and consumer trends
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
  • Define long term strategy of product and create product road map
  • Develop pricing strategies and product policies
  • Determine product packaging solutions
  • Manage and communicate with cross functional teams
  • Plan and execute product launch
  • Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
  • Support Sales and Marketing with necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Manage product lifecycle, product development, product specification, promotional activities and resource planning
  • Manage existing product line portfolio and recommend product changes, additions, discontinuations and cost reductions to produce best cost position
  • Develop and communicate product definitions covering feature and performance expectations to management



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related studies preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in product management, background in fashion plumbing products as faucets, shower, bathroom accessories a plus
  • Prior experience in leading product development initiatives and ability to manage and collaborate with cross functional teams essential
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills as well as excellent presentation skills a must
  • Strong project management and analytical skills a must
  • Independent decision maker
  • Self-reliant, driven, high sense of urgency, takes initiative
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of time
