We are a leading supplier of high quality kitchen, bath, and rough plumbing products and we are looking for a talented and results-driven Sales Coordinator/Sales Analyst to join our growing team! 


Position Summary: 

This position will report to the VP to Sales and Marketing and will work alongside the entire sales team other departments to support in all aspects of ongoing projects from inception to conclusion. This individual must be a "team player".  We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter, well organized individual who has the ability to also work independently and pay close attention to details.


Essential Functions:

  • Ensures successful implementation and ongoing sales projects
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates
  • Performs extensive account and product research and analysis
  • Provide work direction and feedback to all team members and assist them in issue resolutions
  • Ensure effective coordination between sales and marketing team
  • Works with graphics team to modify plans as appropriate if problems arise
  • Must have strong understanding of project coordination/management
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally, written and listening
  • Coordinate sample shipments and sample approving process
  • Supports the sales team on trade show set up and orchestration


  • College degree preferred
  • Three years or more of project coordination or sales support
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, both individually and as part of a project team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a motivated self-starter
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a hectic environment
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
  • The ability to keep less organized sales team members on task
