We are the leading supplier of high quality kitchen, bath and rough plumbing products looking for a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as Ecommerce Manager. Our company focus is to make quality products at a competitive price point. Due to an acquisition, this is an exciting time at the organization to explore new opportunities.

This position will lead and have full responsibility for implementation of Ecommerce activities including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution. Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account plan (financial metrics/targets, invoice issues and payments, inventory levels) taking a decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with a plan. Ensure agreements are implemented and optimized as well as contribute to the development of sales. A strong candidate will have an analytic mindset and have experience working with Ecommerce, web platforms along with a knowledge of technologies and digital marketing.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Implement and analyze processes and operating procedures
  • Establish, execute, track and optimize Ecommerce marketing plans
  • Identify and execute site changes to increase sales
  • Analyze data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Recognize trends or patterns and adjust current stock and forecasts
  • Drive supply chain solutions to minimize inventory while ensuring continuity of supply
  • Communicate across multiple departments within the organization to resolve delivery or quality control issues
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates
  • Promote open communication, proactive approaches to problem- solving and best practice implementation within the warehouse operations team
  • Understand all aspects of the software, train and coach respective warehouse employees

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of Ecommerce experience
  • Fluency and familiarity with relevant digital/social platforms and vendors in the area of analytics/sales optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment with a sense of urgency
  • A strong understanding of distribution functions
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication and good listening skills
  • Understanding of eBay and FBA "Fulfillment by Amazon" or other order fulfillment strategies a plus and strongly recommended
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
